Accessibility
Last reviewed: October 23, 2026
We want everyone to be able to learn about SMF, get a quote and reach us, whatever device or assistive technology you use.
Our standard
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, level AA.
What we've done
- The whole site works with a keyboard alone, with visible focus outlines and a "skip to main content" link.
- Pages use real headings, labels and landmarks, so screen readers can move through them.
- Text and controls meet AA color contrast.
- Every meaningful image has a text description. Decorative images are hidden from screen readers.
- Animations respect your device's "reduce motion" setting, and nothing flashes.
- Forms have visible labels, plain-language error messages and an error summary. The quote form also works without JavaScript.
- Pages reflow at 320 pixels wide and zoom to 400% without losing content.
What we know isn't perfect yet
- Booking a call. The booking calendar on /book-a-call/ is provided by Google, and we can't change how it works. If it's hard to use, email or call us and we'll book the call for you.
- Linked studies. Some PDFs of third-party studies we link to may not be fully accessible. Ask us and we'll send a plain-text summary.
- Release plates and printed instructions. If you need the release instructions in another format, such as large print or plain text by email, tell us and we'll send them.
Get help or tell us about a problem
Email hello@smfhub.com or call (972) 866-4620. Tell us the page and what got in the way. We'll reply within 5 business days, and sooner when we can. If something stops you from getting a quote or reaching us, we'll help you another way right away, by email or phone.
How we check
- Automated accessibility checks (Lighthouse and axe) on every build.
- A manual keyboard and screen reader review before each major release.
- A full accessibility review of the site once a year, after which we update the date at the top of this page.
